Kale Caesar Salad with Smoked Oysters

Normally, vegan caesar dressing involves raw cashews, however, I didn’t have any soaked before hand, so I tried using tahini and invited a few other times from the pantry to join the party.

The result?

Party in my mouth!

Then for the first time, I paired kale caesar salad with smoked oysters – wow, this one is definitely a recipe to share!
