Normally, vegan caesar dressing involves raw cashews, however, I didn’t have any soaked before hand, so I tried using tahini and invited a few other times from the pantry to join the party.
Party in my mouth!
Then for the first time, I paired kale caesar salad with smoked oysters – wow, this one is definitely a recipe to share!
3 cups chopped kale
1 can of smoked oysters
2 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1/4 lemon or lemon essential oil (You can use my Young Living affiliate link to order it here!)
1 tbsp Coconut Nectar Vinegar
1-2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast (this makes it cheesy flavoured)
Water for preferred consistency (add more if dressing is too thick)
Mix dressing ingredients together.
Massage dressing into kale.
Add smoked oysters.
