I made these for my Food & Body Image Group Member tonight, and they were a hit!!! Of course I’m not one to keep a secret about food, so as soon as I got home, I posted the recipe! Even my hubby and toddler were raving about them! Yay! Client and Family Member Approved! And definitely Roz Approved! 😉
8 tbsp organic coconut oil
1/2 cup organic cacao powder,
2 TBSP raw organic honey
1 TBSP TRI POW GREENS
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
splash of vanilla
1 cup raw pecans
1/3 cup raw hemp hearts
2 cup organic unsweetened shredded coconut
10 medjool dates
For later: Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil (you can order through this link here, pls change Enroller ID: 3412191) or make sure you are using a high grade PURE organic, NON-GMO essential oil.
- Melt all wet ingredients in a warm pan to blend to a smooth paste and set aside.
- Separately blend the following dry ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
- Mix dry ingredients into chocolate blend, while mixing in 4 drops of Young Living Peppermint Essential Oil.
- Place cocoa powder and/or unsweetened shredded coconut on a plate, and with wet hands, roll ingredients into small balls, roll on the cocoa powder/shredded coconut and place on a pan.
- Refrigerate or freeze! Enjoy!
Note: You can always add your own nuts, raw cocoa nibs, and/or peanut butter in it (yes, I actually do not have PB in this one! mixing it up!)
