We are constantly bombarded on TV, movies, grocery store magazine, stands, and mall advertisements by photos and messages of what attractiveness is and trained to compare ourselves with each other (hello, has anyone seen the “who wore it better” in gossip magazines?)

So today’s final day of the challenge is to go on a MEDIA DIET. Unsubscribe from any fitness pages on your Facebook that constantly make you compare yourself, bring up feelings of not being skinny /lean/ toned/ (insert your word here) enough. 

You don’t need that.

You need LOVE. So instead, subscribe to ‪#‎bodypositive‬ pages, such as Mama Lion StrongNutritionist in the KitchRichelle Ludwig-Empowered Vitality212 Fitness that emphasize inner strengths and body positive messages.

Then watch how your internal dialogue will unfold when you are filled with loving messages.
