Chocolate-Nana Coconut Balls



I love bananas, I love chocolate and I love peanut butter. Mix all three of these together and I’ve got food-gasm. Oh yes, I did just say that! 


2 bananas mashed
1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or nut butter or your choice)
1 cup oat flakes or quick oats
1/2 cup plus 1/2 separate cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup raw cacao powder

2 tsp tri-pow greens – Tri-Pow is a blend of spirulina, Chlorella and Love, and you can purchase it here.


1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (mix in only 1/2 unsweetened coconut flakes)
2. Using wet hands, roll into balls, and roll the balls in the remaining unsweetened coconut to coat.
3. Store in fridge.

Cocoa Powder: packed full of antioxidant-rich phytonutrients, which help to stops the fire of free radicals our bodies generate and are exposed to every day. Includes the mineral copper which supports the oxygenation of red blood cells and aiding in cellular energy production. Also is the highest food in magnesium, which is a mineral that’s crucial for cardiovascular health, optimal blood pressure, and protein synthesis.
