Upcoming Workshop: Empower Yourself to Stop the Holiday “Binge and Diet” Trap

Do you find yourself getting anxious or stressed about food and weight as the holidays approach?

Do you have a hard time controlling yourself at work and/or personal environments as they fill up with Christmas “goodies”?

Are you sick and tired of putting yourself on a diet because you overate and/or gained weight over the holidays?

If you said YES any of the above questions, then this workshop will benefit you!

Your facilitator, Rosalyn Fung, is a Registered Psychologist who specializes in Holistic Nutritional Psychology. Rosalyn helps people who struggle in their relationship with food (overeat, undereat, binge/compulsive eat, yo-yo and chronic dieting), weight, and body image. She also supports people who have issues with digestion, fatigue, mood and immunity from a psychological perspective.

In this 2 hour workshop, Rosalyn will show you practical ways to overcome stress and emotional eating. Having been through dieting and body image struggles herself personally, Rosalyn is passionate about helping others find empowerment in their relationship with food and their body.

This workshop will also include time for personal Q and A period, so that unique situations can be addressed.
